We offer a variety of Zoom classes from different teachers, simply choose one that suits your style of yoga and level of experience, and click the picture to go to their page.

The detail of each live class they offer will be listed in date order, to book a place simply click the Sign Up button next to the selected class and pay directly with your card.

If you want to take multiple classes for a given teacher the cheapest way is through a subscription, details of those available are on the teacher’s page. Subscriptions to the video library for that teacher will also be found there if available, and some teachers offer mixed subscriptions covering both types of class.

All payments, confirmations and Zoom links are handled by our online partner Ribbon, and your subscription account will also be handled through them. The payment transactions are fully encrypted for your security, these information pages are not.

Once a class has been booked you will be sent a Zoom link an hour before the start, simply click on that at the appropriate time and enjoy the class.

You can use Zoom through a web browser but the best way is to download the app, available for laptop, tablet and mobile phone. Note that you do not need a Zoom account, unless you intend to use Zoom for other online purposes.

Nourish the Inner Terrain –  Retreat – June 19th

We are delighted to offer again a one day yoga workshop set
within the cosy comfort of your own home! We will bring the healing and inspiring yoga practices to your living room.

This workshop will focus on turning inwards to our internal world of
sensory awareness to gain deeper understanding of our self as we
rediscover the wise terrain of our inner knowing and intuition.

By taking time to slow down and be with our felt experience, we can shine a light on forgotten parts of our self, and sense into our
wholeness of being so that we may find new and meaningful ways
to move, respond, interact, perceive, think, live and be well.

The day will include asana, vinyasa, somatic and restorative yoga
nidra practises led by two of the UK’s most experienced and
renowned teachers: Liz Lark and Jean Hall.

All levels of experience welcome and we invite full participation of the day for optimum benefit, however individual sessions can be attended if full participation is not possible.

Liz Lark

Her inspiration comes from the Astanga Vinyasa tradition and other Hatha yoga practises.

Liz’s passion for Yoga developed in 1990, studying as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga (1992), and exploring Astanga Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic, dance-like style which led her to India and Crete through the 1990’s.

The Life Centre Notting Hill became an anchor for teaching in 1995 and in early 2000 she joined Sangam,  with Gingi Lee.

Since 1998 she has written 8 books (see ‘1001 Pearls of Yoga Wisdom’ Watkins), her own self publications and most recently the Sequencing Chapter in ‘Yoga Teachers Manual’ (Jessica Kingsley 2018).

Liz brings together Nature, Travel & Art with her inner travels to share Yoga through creative sequencing, somatic practises, visualisation, meditation and relaxations.

Liz adapts yoga postures for each individual in order to ‘chisel’ into the form and helps sculpt and free each unique body.

Classes are dynamic and range from intermediate to advanced level.Â
