Who are Ribbon?
They are our partners handling all the logistics of booking online classes and workshops. They manage the payments, subscriptions, scheduling and Zoom connections.
What is a Ribbon account?
You will need an account with Ribbon if you take any kind of subscription with us. Subscriptions allow you to make a single payment to book as many classes as are included, without having to pay separately
Can I take a class without an account?
Yes of course. Simply click the Sign Up button next to the scheduled class and pay with your card. You can do this as many times as you like. If you intend to do multiple classes consider a subscription, it’s usually cheaper.
HOW DO I GET THE CONNECTION DETAILS FOR MY CLASSES?
For each class that you book, you will be sent a link by email about an hour before the class. Simply click on the link to join at the scheduled time. If you have a Ribbon account log in and select the event from your events, you can join from there.

Note – If you get this message ‘There has been a critical error on this website’ when you go to a link, simply refresh the page, it will disappear. We are updating the server to prevent this from happening.
Do I need a Zoom account?
No. But the best results are obtained by downloading the Zoom app, available for Windows laptops, tablets and mobile phones, both Android and Apple. The app works with the connection we send you without the need to have a Zoom account.
Can I get subscriptions for the video library?
Yes, you can add a subscription to watch online videos to your account, these are offered by teacher, you can buy as many as you want.
